MTI is excited to announce the next phase of its growth strategy with a joint venture with PFH Technology Group. This includes the formation of a unified leadership team and combined board, led by Tom Randles, now CEO of both PFH and MTI. This joint venture focuses on enhancing our collective capabilities and delivering greater value to more than 1,500 customers across Europe.
MTI and PFH bring over 40 years of combined industry heritage, supporting organisations across the UK, Ireland, and Germany with their IT modernisation and business transformation plans. Our combined technical capability, expanded services portfolio and best of breed technologies expertise, solidifies our position as a full service technology solution provider for our customers.
This joint venture unites more than 1,000 employees, represents €300 million in combined revenues, and offers our customers one of the largest technical services and engineering teams in the region.
