EcoVadis Corporate Social Responsibility – Silver Status

MTI has been awarded a silver medal by EcoVadis in recognition of CSR achievements.

EcoVadis assesses companies’ policies and actions as well as their published reporting related to the environment, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. Their sustainability experts analyse and crosscheck companies’ data in order to create reliable ratings, taking into account each company’s industry, size and geographic location.

MTI is committed to high standards of employment practice and we aim to encourage, retain and develop successful employees, as well as promote diversity within our workforce. MTI employ, retain and develop the abilities of disabled people, encouraging the fair treatment of disabled people in the workplace.

We are committed to behaving responsibly and aim to minimise our impact on the environment by; minimising waste and adopting sensible recycling policies, providing safe and comfortable working conditions, ensuring that electrical equipment and lights are off when not in use and ensuring that heating is turned off or down outside office hours.

MTI will conduct an annual review of its CSR and will ensure that it remains up to date, compliant and relevant to the needs of the company. MTI will verify the CSR is in operation throughout the company.
