We’re pleased to announce the appointment of John Chambers as Managing Director of MTI.
John joins MTI from Ricoh Europe, where he most recently served as Director – Cloud & Cyber EMEA. In this role, he played a key part in developing the strategy, direction and portfolio for Ricoh’s €1 billion IT business in Europe, while leading alignment with Ricoh’s headquarters in Japan and other regions around the world.
Across a number of senior leadership roles within Ricoh UK and Europe, he has built extensive experience in driving strategic growth, developing technology services and helping customers realise greater value from their IT investments.
As a key part of Ricoh’s Cloud & Cyber business, MTI continues to play a vital role in helping organisations navigate an increasingly complex technology landscape. John’s appointment reflects Ricoh’s continued investment in MTI and our commitment to building on the trusted expertise, partnerships and service our customers rely on.
John will lead MTI through its next phase of growth, working alongside our leadership team to further strengthen our capabilities, deepen our technology partnerships and ensure we continue delivering the innovative solutions and exceptional service our customers expect. He will also join the Ricoh UK Board, helping to drive closer collaboration, greater synergies and growth across the wider Ricoh Group.
