By using MTI specific staff we use our knowledge and skills to drive efficiency in operations, both through business take-on but also through the life of the contract. With the ITIL framework in mind continuous improvement is a linchpin to deliver a consistent and effective service. MTI carefully plan business take on to reduce risk but also to understand where innovation can be applied through transition as part of the service migration, this in turn means efficiency savings are created at the very start of the service contract.
