MTI received a gold medal from EcoVadis for outstanding CSR accomplishments. EcoVadis evaluates companies’ environmental, labour, ethical and procurement practices, using industry-specific criteria to ensure accurate ratings.

Our Carbon Reduction Plan

MTI’s commitment to sustainability and environmental conservation is evident in our strategic plan, which spans the next three years. Central to this plan is the annual planting of 600 trees. It’s a bold step, one that seems neutralise our carbon footprint.

In 2023, we took one step closer as we are proud to say all of our company vehicles are now electric.

Our Strategic ESG Partner: Treedom

Treedom is the first platform in the world that allows you to plant a tree from a distance and follow the story of the project online. Every time MTI volunteers, Treedom plants a tree on our behalf. Treedom established in 2010, has planted over 3 million trees have been planted across Africa, South-East Asia and South America. They are a certified B Corporation and every tree on has its own online page for tracking. The partnership reflects MTI’s commitment to environmental stewardship and community engagement.

Our Strategic ESG Partner: OnHand

OnHand is the volunteering platform MTI use to help our team engage in doing good. We chose this platform as it provides a variety of tools and resources to make it easy for companies, like MTI, to organise and manage their volunteering programs. MTI’s Charity of the Year

At MTI, we are committed to making a meaningful impact beyond our business. This year, we are proud to support Cystic Fibrosis as our Charity of the Year, raising awareness and vital funds to help those affected by this life-limiting condition.

Through fundraising events, employee challenges, and corporate donations, we are dedicated to supporting groundbreaking research, improved treatments, and essential support services for individuals and families living with cystic fibrosis.
