MTI provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line professional support services on a 24x7 basis. Our support helpdesk team handle all first points of contact and work directly with our 24x7 Secure Operations Centre manned by our own qualified engineers to ensure issues are dealt with efficiently. From standard break/fix to fully managed services, our engineers have unparalleled experience in monitoring, managing, analysing and resolving infrastructure problems and are focused on providing the highest level of service with the minimum impact possible to the client’s on-going business. For example, if MTI supplies an EMC-based storage solution to a client, it can support the solution from design, implementation, break/fix and on-going support for the lifetime of the equipment and will ensure that the solutionkeeps on delivering high-value and return for the customer. MTI is one of onlya very small number of EMC integrators in EMEA who are certified to deliver supportand maintenance directly to EMC end-user customers.
The 24x7 Secure Operations Centre support engineers objective is to diagnose and resolve even the most complex of issues within committed response times and service levels. Where required, the support helpdesk team not only manage the dispatch of the field-based engineers, they also manage the escalation to 4th level engineering within vendor support organisations.

Security Support Services:
Alongside our Datacentre Support Services, MTI also provide a dedicated Security TSC (Technical Support Centre) based in our Worthing Office to offer comprehensive support services to support leading our enterprise-wide security solutions. MTI customers have access to highly trained security professionals, technical services, incident notifications and incident updates. Our knowledgeable Security TSC team are fully experienced in real-life enterprise environments, hold multiple security vendor accreditations and are committed to providing the highest level of technical support available in the marketplace today.
